YOU’RE SITTING ON AN UNTAPPED WELL OF STRENGTHS
Investment in the talent your organization already has is the most efficient path to broad company improvements. Studies show that as few as 30% of employees feel fully engaged in their work and a vast majority (70%) are not reaching their full potential. This is a significant problem for the economy, let alone U.S. companies.* Joule Coaching refocuses and captures this lost energy within individuals, leading to stronger teams and companies

JOULE'S
ENERGY LEADERSHIP METHODOLOGY
Joule Coaching is based on the foundation principles of the Core Energy Coaching and the Energy Leadership Development System. These approaches have a proven track record of helping leaders from all walks of life develop their ability to motivate and inspire themselves, co-workers and associates into positive and sustainable actions.
All Joule Coaching programs begin with an in-depth Energy Leadership Index Assessment. This ELI Assessment carefully measures an individual’s perceptions and how he or she interprets situations and their approach to handling problems and opportunities. This initial ELI Assessment sets the baseline for the individualized coaching program. At the conclusion of the coaching program, the ELI Assessment is retaken to measure the growth and change of each individual.
